These Terms of Service govern use of the Cozy Clan Creations website and online store. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and to any additional product-specific license or usage terms shown in the applicable product listing.
Product Information and Pricing
Cozy Clan Creations attempts to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurate. Current pricing is verified by the server during checkout. A product listing may be corrected, updated, suspended, or removed if information is inaccurate or the product is no longer available.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. An order is not treated as verified solely because a browser returns to the website after checkout; the store uses server-side payment verification before qualifying digital delivery is released.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item is shipped unless a listing expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for confirming that your device, software, file format, operating system, or application is compatible with the product before purchase. Product-specific licensing terms control whether an item is for personal use, commercial use, or another permitted scope.
Downloads and Access
Digital download links may be protected, signed, time-limited, or tied to verified order information. You may not attempt to bypass download controls or gain access to files you did not purchase or otherwise receive permission to use.
Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews should reflect genuine customer experience. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or spam content. Cozy Clan Creations may hide or remove reviews when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, or legal compliance.
Advertising
Advertising submissions are subject to payment verification and administrative review. Payment does not guarantee acceptance of unlawful, misleading, malicious, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable advertising. Approved advertising periods begin according to the activation and duration settings associated with the purchased plan. The yearly advertising option may be billed as a recurring annual PayPal subscription or as 12 monthly PayPal installments for a single annual term. Annual recurring billing continues until canceled through PayPal. The 12-month installment option stops after 12 scheduled billing cycles. Verified subscription renewals extend eligible advertising placement; canceled or failed future payments do not create additional paid placement time.
Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with site operation, probe restricted systems without authorization, abuse checkout or rating functions, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Links
The site may use or link to third-party services including PayPal and external advertiser websites. Cozy Clan Creations does not control third-party sites and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
